L.A. Spas Ultimate Water Management System

The life force of the hot tub experience is the water itself. L.A. Spas' Ultimate Water Management System provides a comprehensive solution. Silently working in the background, it automatically maintains crystal clear water at your desired temperature. Superlative filtration, combined with a state-of-the-art ozone mixing system, kills bacteria on contact, leaving the water clean, fresh and feeling soft.

Exclusive Ozone Mixing Chamber

The patented design of the Mazzei injector provides for a high percentage of the ozone gas to transfer into the water. L.A. Spas' Exclusive Ozone Mixing Chamber uses an array of contact chambers and 10 mixing points to enhance the blending of the ozone with the spa water. A vacuum is created which draws the ozone gas in where it is not just exposed to the water, but forcefully and dynamically dispersed into the water for superior effectiveness of the ozone. No other water management system is as effective in transferring ozone into solution, the most critical attribute of successful water purity management.

Ultimate Heater

The L.A. Spas' Ultimate Heater

  • Element sheathing is made of seamless 825 Incoloy - Seamless heater housing and element sheathing construction is important because all the metal is of the same molecular composition. Traditional heaters are rolled and have a welded seam which sets up a Galvanic cell causing corrosion between dissimilar metals
  • Water velocity across the element is approximately 28 feet pers second - compared to only 7 feet per second found with a traditional flow-through heater design using a low speed jet pump.
  • Water is directed across the entire heating element sheathing, transferring all the heat efficiently and quickly.

Silent Ciculation Pump

With a flow rate of 6 gpm, L.A. Spas' Silent Ciculation Pump continuously filters, circulates and ozonates the spa water. When there is a requirement to heat the water, the circulation pump is used instead of the main jet pump, therefore the operation is extremely quiet and more economical.
